Booking policy, Pre-care, After-care and Contraindications.
Booking Policy
48hr notice is required to cancel/reschedule.
All deposits are Non-Refundable.
After 15mins grace period your appointment will be canceled and a new deposit will be required for another booking.
A deposit is required to secure your booking.
Arrive with clean oil/makeup/glue residue-free lashes.
If you have an existing medical condition including pregnancy, please let us know prior to your appointment.
Bring the exact amount of cash or make a transfer before your appointment.
Early arrivals may notify us via message and wait outside as there’s no waiting area.
Clients under 16 require a parent or guardian for lash appointments; aesthetic treatments are not available for those under 18.
Lash extensions-after care

Do not get your lashes wet for 24-48hrs.

Say Goodbye to your eyelash curler and mascara.

Use oil-free products around the eyes.

Brush lashes gently with a spoolie when needed.

Keep lashes clean by using a lash shampoo to avoid build up.

Resist temptation to pick or pull at the lashes.

To keep your lashes full and fab a 2-4 weeks infill is required.
Filler and Anti wrinkle pre-care
Avoid Blood Thinners: Refrain from aspirin, ibuprofen, and alcohol for 24–48 hours before to reduce bruising.
Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water.
No Makeup or Skincare: Arrive with a clean face to minimize infection risk.
Avoid Cosmetic Procedures: Avoid facials or exfoliations 1 week before.
Filler and Anti wrinkle After-care
Avoid Touching: Do not rub or massage treated areas for 24 hours.
Skip Heat Exposure: Avoid saunas, sun exposure, and intense workouts for 24–48 hours.
Stay Upright: Don’t lie down for at least 4 hours post-Botox.
Skip Makeup: Avoid makeup on the treated area for 24 hours.
Filler contraindications

Pregnancy/Breastfeeding: Avoid due to lack of research.

Infections/Cold Sores: Wait until cleared to prevent complications.

Autoimmune Disorders: Can increase risk of adverse reactions.

Allergies: Avoid if allergic to ingredients like lidocaine.

Blood Thinners/Bleeding Disorders: May cause increased bruising.

Uncontrolled Diabetes: Slower healing, increased risk of infection.

Recent Dental Work: Can raise infection risk—wait 2 weeks.
Anti wrinkle contraindications

Pregnancy/Breastfeeding: Avoid due to unknown risks.

Neuromuscular Disorders: Exacerbates muscle weakness.

Infections: Wait until infection clears.

Allergies: Avoid if allergic to botulinum toxin.

Blood Thinners: Higher risk of bruising.
-
Certain Medications: Some drugs increase side effects.
Facial-pre care
You must not have recently had laser surgery or used Accutane
Do not use Retin-A or other exfoliating creams 24 to 72 hours prior to your treatment
Avoid sun tanning or tanning creams/sprays for at least a week before treatment
If you have had a recent chemical peel or other skin procedures, such as filler injections, you should wait two weeks before getting this treatment and wait one week after botox injections before getting this treatment
You must not have an active cold sore
Wash your face and neck with a non-oily, non-soap-based cleanser before each appointment.
Refrain from waxing or tanning the skin to be treated for a few days prior to treatment.
If you are prone to cold sores, please let us know so we can discuss the options of prescription prophylactic treatment.
Facial-after care
Spf 40/50 for all clients
No swimming for 7days
No excessive exercise for 24hrs
Mild headaches can occur due to lymphatic drainage
No exfoliating for 7days after treatment
No other facial treatments for 2 weeks
No heat treatments for 48hrs sun/sauna/steam
Stay well hydrated
Avoid products such as retinol / vit A retinoids 1 week before and after treatment
Skin may feel dry with mild flaking on day 3/4
Facial-contraindications
These may restrict or prevent treatment
Eczema or Psoriasis
Localised skin infections
Use of Roaccutane within last 12months
Allergy to metal (Skin needling)
Retinol, AHA or BHA
Cancer/Skin cancer - 12 months post Chemotherapy / radiography treatment
Keloid scaring
Blood thinning medication
Active cold sores
HIV/ Hep B/ Hep C
Blood clot disorder
Pregnancy / Breast feeding
Under 18 years of age
Injectables 1week before, 2weeks after
Bacteria or fungal infection
